AI Economy is a product of Balmer Agency Pty Ltd (ABN: 24602295698), based in Melbourne, Australia. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Balmer Agency Pty Ltd trading as AI Economy.
What Data We Collect
When you purchase the AI Economy Toolkit or subscribe to any of our products, we collect:

- •Payment information (processed securely through ThriveCart; we do not store card details)
- •Any information you voluntarily provide through forms, surveys or direct communication
When you visit our website, we may collect:

Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States and Australia. In accordance with APP 8 (cross-border disclosure of personal information), we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients of your data comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your information has been mishandled.
